This is Standing Red Tara. She magnitizes people to practice the dharma through love and compassion using her flowered hook, noose, and bow and arrow. She's like the equivalent to Cupid.

Thanks for digitizing your memoris of Nepal. It is a nice way to prove that you were not involved in anything wrong here.
Still, I would love to know if you have any idea about where the monks (who do not work professionally) get money to construct such gigantic Gombas and to live luxurious life in Kathmandu? You may know that they all are Tibetans and are fed by the US, Germany and other countries to support Free Tibet movement from Nepal.
